The Vice President of Project Finance will possess 7+ years of experience in banking and particularly Structured Finance. The candidate will be responsible for working with multiple clients to assess, analyze their financing needs coordinating with outside investment firms for loan syndication structuring, managing diverse international and domestic accounts, reviewing, negotiating and closing new deals, managing risk through strict adherence to internal and external policies and Project guidelines, and ensuring that all weekly and monthly management reports are completed, reviewed and approved. Other responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, coordinating and approving investment and financing transactions to attain financial closure.

The Vice President of Project Finance must possess 7+ years of experience and be familiar with loan syndication structure, collateral & security trustee and administrative agent roles. A MBA with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics, is preferred.
A successful consultant should be highly self-motivated and driven to perform at the peak of his or her abilities.
  At least 5 years experience in Project Finance origination and execution
 Working knowledge of Infrastructure related Capital Projects preferred
 Some level of International experience
 Responsible for monitoring the timely annual review of the whole structured finance portfolio.
 Meet with other external parties, should the need arises to facilitate the review process.
 Review documents for compliance with Credit Risk Management procedures. Ensure that the risk for     any given Capital Project compares favorably with both the credit application and Financial Institution     decision.
 Actively participate in the development and the maintenance of internal risk and rating methodologies.
 Prepare research papers regarding specific industry, product or any topical issues.
