Monitoring
progress is a fundamental part of successful delivery. The basis
for all monitoring activities should be the plans underpinning the
program or project. Monitoring progress requires relevant and up-to-date
information on progress, presented in a usable manner, to be available
at regular points during the program. It is often useful within
an organization to adopt some simple, standardized reporting formats,
to help ensure that senior managers understand and will act on the
information that is reported up to them.
We help Clients to identify data needed to inform progress monitoring
and its collection process, enabling efficient mechanisms or systems
to be established. This is important, for example, to prevent arduous
or duplicated data gathering burdens being placed on those further
along the delivery chain.
Our Value Add comes from identifying early on in the program
what the time lag will be between your activities and the measurable
impact does the Client have time to adjust their plans if
they are not achieving what they expected?
