Location: Dubai with travel required within UAE
Experience - Preferred / Required: 5 to 7 years

This position involves providing Construction Consulting services on a variety of projects for a diverse client base. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in project controls for construction projects in both the public and private sectors. Well versed with the interdependencies of tasks involved in the project Design development and construction process. Must demonstrate ability to prepare and analyze automated CPM Scheduling for a wide range of construction projects.

Duties include the ability to analyze critique and develop construction control processes and planning, preparation and analysis of budgets, Chart of Accounts, WBS, forecasting, cost estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, and change order analysis. Position requires the ability to analyze construction costs, schedule delays, change orders and other factors/variables proactively. Position requires the ability to accurately assess construction progress and report to client management. Candidates can be expected to interface with attorneys, architects, contractors, building officials, lenders and client management. The successful candidate will possess experience in project controls or project management on a variety of project types.
