Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Bangalore, Calcutta, Chandigarh
Experience - Preferred / Required: 5 to 7 years

Candidate should have experience in the local AEC Industry, working knowledge of the principles and practices of Infrastructure project design development and construction management and well versed with the interdependencies of tasks involved in the Design Development and Construction process. The job requires a comprehensive knowledge of engineering construction principles and practices including demonstrated project management skills, oral and written communication skills, and change management skills. Ability to apply advanced engineering planning principles and practices to a variety of complex Infrastructure projects. Candidates will be expected to interface with attorneys, architects, contractors, building officials, lenders and client management.

Perform research and analysis around product and service offerings, industry and competitive dynamics, new business ventures, and other strategic business initiatives. Synthesize complex ideas and formulate original points of view. Manage business planning activities and must be capable of working with the client team.

Understand how to analyze and estimate cost of potential new projects for feasibility/due diligence, work with and manage Owner/Architect/Consultant/Contractor team from design initiation through the program lifecycle including bid/negotiation/ contracting, construction including project close-out.

Qualifications:
Candidates will typically have 5-7 years experience in the AEC Industry with major studies in engineering, business administration, mathematics, or related curriculum, and/or combination of related experience and/or education. Extensive experience managing a variety of AEC Industry projects of varying complexity. The successful candidate will possess experience in project controls.
