The Senior Strategist helps make certain our work is focused on our client's most important interactive goals and objectives. You help lead the strategy effort during an engagement and work with a cross functional team to determine the overall goals and objectives of a project, develop a process for achieving those goals, and complete the execution.

Help develop approach to strategic activities within an engagement -Interview senior leadership to determine goals, objectives and requirements -Know - how and why to conduct industry, financial and competitor analysis -Help create detailed business requirements through meetings and discussions with stakeholders and study of competition and industry. Requirements could focus on general functionality, reporting and analytics, or personalization -Help develop processes and procedures for different aspects of Operations management -Customize strategic approach for Business Development efforts

Qualifications:
The unique Industry focus of Karpedium practice makes our hiring process highly selective. The Consultant position in Strategy practice requires an MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier school, together with a technical or scientific undergraduate education. A minimum of 7 years experience in the areas of Architecture- engineering - construction or Real Estate is required. The ideal candidate should have experience developing tools and methodologies suitable to the Industry /Client needs. A successful candidate must have an analytical mind and an ability to realistically approach problems in a complex, systems-oriented environment. A successful consultant should be highly self-motivated and driven to perform at the peak of his or her abilities.
