The objective of our procurement team is to develop and determine a project procurement strategy to ensure a viable acquisition outcome that is in tune with the SBSQ parameters of the project. We assist our clients to procure the entire supply chain as per the tactical needs of the macro and micro environment including but not limited to the specialty or trade contractors/Vendor/Material Suppliers for the Project as per the unique design and scope requirements laid out in the Implementation Documents.

The procurement services include Pre-Qualification of reputed contractors from the national and international Industry who have the capability and capacity to bid the job and deliver it within the SBSSQ Parameters set earlier in the project lifecycle. The procurement strategy is also driven by the tactical selection of the Project Delivery Method (Design- Bid - Build, Design Build, DBFO, BOLT, BOT etc.) by the owner during the Planning stage of the process.
